Welcome to AA Travel Group. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our travel services for hotel bookings, transport arrangements, and Umrah packages. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be received before your travel date. We accept bank transfers and other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is received. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking and may vary by service provider.
Changes to confirmed bookings may be subject to availability and additional fees. We will endeavour to accommodate reasonable changes where possible, but cannot guarantee availability for amended requests.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and any required health certificates. We are not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.
You are responsible for assessing whether you are fit to travel. We recommend obtaining appropriate travel insurance. We are not liable for any health issues that arise during your journey.
We act as an agent for third-party service providers including hotels, transport companies, and other travel services. While we endeavour to work with reputable partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
Any complaints should be reported to us in writing within 28 days of the end of your travel. We will investigate and respond to all complaints in a timely manner.
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
